Your fax number is temporary and shared. It belongs to GetAFax and is rented to one customer at a time. After your rental ends, it will eventually be assigned to someone else.
Your rental lasts 24 hours and includes up to 30 pages. Faxes arriving after your rental ends, or beyond your page limit, are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you need more time or pages, you can extend for an additional $5 at any time, but a fax that already arrived outside your rental is gone.
Our AI processes your incoming faxes to create your summary, key details, translation, and quality checks. This is fully automated and private. By purchasing, you consent to this processing.
It is your responsibility to give your number to the right people, to make sure your sender faxes within your rental window, and to enter your email correctly. GetAFax is not responsible for faxes sent late, sent to the wrong number, never sent, or missed because of an incorrect email address.
