Refund Policy

GetAFax has a no-refund policy. When you pay $5, a fax number is reserved exclusively for you immediately; that reservation is the product, and it is delivered in full at the moment of purchase. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not refund for:
- No fax ever being sent to your number
- Faxes sent after your rental ended
- Faxes exceeding your page allowance that were not extended in time
- A sender dialing the wrong number
- An incorrectly entered email address
- Change of mind
The single exception is a failure on our side: if we charged you and could not provide you a working fax number, email support@getafax.com with your order reference and we will refund you in full.
This policy exists because, unlike sending a fax (where delivery can succeed or fail), receiving capacity is consumed the instant it is reserved for you.
