Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, your optional sender fax number, your optional note about what you're expecting, your optional language preference, and your order details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Your faxes

Incoming faxes are received through our fax provider (Notifyre), checked against your rental, and emailed to you. Faxes that fail our checks are never opened by us and are permanently deleted. Delivery and processing are fully automated: your documents go straight from the fax line to your inbox. We do not sell, share, or use your documents for anything other than delivering your service.

AI processing

Delivered faxes are processed through Anthropic's Claude API to generate your summary and related features. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. AI processing is disclosed at checkout and is part of the service.

Retention

Fax documents are retained only as long as needed to deliver them to you, after which they are deleted from our systems. Order records (email, number, dates, amounts) are kept for accounting and support.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. We do not run ads or sell data.
